Kathy: “The only victims were my children.”

Many years ago when I was very young, I had two abortions. I was a minor and my mother took me and arranged everything. It took years for me to come to the place of knowing that even though my mother was heavily pressuring me to have the abortions, I alone was responsible for the death of my children. I and I alone failed my children and their lives were severed because of my lack of love for God and for them. I and I alone lacked the courage that a mother should have to protect her children. I was not a victim of my circumstances. The only victims were my children!

In order to come to a place of forgiveness we must come to the place of 100% ownership of our sins. Jesus came to save sinners, even us guilty of murder! I was granted faith, godly sorrow and repentance through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has forgiven the guilt of my sin. I am redeemed through the shed blood of Christ. He saved me.  He can save you, too. Trust Him, put your faith in Him, repent of your sins and accept the gift of repentance.
